Doing an IP resetand I can't remove it even with some of my cargo in the secure store and everything else unequipped.. Oh, long as I'm posting, where do I find a combat dronevery?

maybe you have some resources in your cargo? (like steel, ore and so on)

combat drones - In emporiums, perhaps. Most are crafted, I can craft if you deliver resources (resources lists are here)

You most likely left something on the ship - check your pods and specials just in case.
I think you also have to take off any implants before an IP reset.
Also, not sure about this, do you have to recover all your SP (factories/extractors/harvesters) too?
