Settlement Cargo Mission Payouts - FIXED.

A keen observer posted last night just before I set off for bed, that it appeared the mission rewards were not getting added and listed in the Settlement Logs. This is the fee a Settlement gets as a kickback for missions run from their settlement location.
Took me a little while to figure out what was going on, but I have FIXED it this morning.
This fix will affect any mission PICKED UP from this post onwards. It can't retro fix any rewards from the last 2 days (sorry I missed that). But it is now fixed, tested by myself and staff this morning.
