In a stunning development the Starbase Licensing Bureau has delayed the awarding of the bids for the starbases due to deploy today.
Ostensibly it is to make a final assessment of the bid and location to ensure everything goes smoothly.
I wonder if these Captains will sue over the delay. We will see.
