Starbase License Locations

Fellow Exiles,
I'm now getting closer to being able to move stage 1 of Starbases on to Live. Stage 1 will include allowing those interested to purchase a Starbase Owner Licence. This will entitle them to join on the bidding for a Starbase Deployment Licence.
Players will be able to bid for their Guild or for themselves, the funds for the Bidding coming from the Starbase Escrow accounts we set up last year.
But... for this to all start we need to consider WHERE we are going to allow Starbases to be placed. I asked the staff to scour their memories to see if I'd already asked this but collectively we could not remember having done so, so here goes
So what I'm after is Suggestions for System Names that YOU or your Guild would like to see a Starbase Deployment Licence being issued.
I'd SERIOUSLY suggest checking the list before posting, no point in everyone posting the same ones over and over
I would also state clearly that I'm asking your opinion and that does NOT mean it will become gospel. I would personally and as a developer like to know where you folks would like to place / own operate them.
Initially I will go with a set number of licences and as each one is sold/won I will populate with another option, thereby there always being a selection. Similar to how we do Genesis planets, one being added to the list as each one is completed and made habitable.
So... I'm looking for Suggestions.
I would appreciate the following Format
System
Galaxy
Orbiting body count in that system. Planets and Starbases. (exclude asteroids, RAIDS and nebulae)
PLEASE NO EXPANSE SUGGESTIONS AT THIS TIME
As stated above I'm interested in your choices and will probably match u any that are on my list and perhaps be persuaded to take some from yours as well

P.S there are currently 158 Hubs crafted and waiting for Starbase Deployment.
