OK first batch of these Festive NPC's have been released and sent on their way. Please note I used YOUR data so if you misspelt your settlement or System its located in they are likely lost in transit and you need to contact me to let me know.
Feel free (others) to continue adding requests and I will process them as we go...
I will use this thread for all the Festive NPC's for Halloween, Guy Fawkes and December so if you have your name down here and have one they will rotate to the other types as the festive periods roll over. No need to reapply for each period.
