I had to craft 3 so decided to do 4 and sell one off to anyone preparing to make a move up on their settlement

Its not cheap but I always offer more than what is stated on my GBMs

(now I need to craft one for my expanse set ahhhh hell)

If this sells quickly I will do this for all the set items I craft

The item was bought pretty quickly. I am in the position now of crafting more settlement items. If anyone is needing something and isnt into crafting drop me a message (I have no discord here) I dont mind collecting the res if you dont have it while I am also doing my own.
