am wanting to find the mission line that gets me to owning the ITB and decoder so I can enter the alien galaxy but I can't find the npc that offers this line.

can someone please help?

itb is marshall decker, Grantham system.

Translator is crafted item, then you need to talk to npc in Braran system (VP galaxy). Ora is his name

Try to visit NPC(s), who you completed missions chain. From Combat you may get one or two, but it is very rare event. NPC stores are better.

lol yes I keep forgetting about those..... I just wish I had noted down all the npc's I had completed mission lines for lol.
