Guild bonus - work in Talas also

Hi,
just checking how it works, during that a few ideas came up:
- If it works - a bonus for passenegers and hauling and combat to the guild bank - then here are income sin Talas - which could generate Talas income for the guild
- when here are Talas in the guild bank - one item for them could be a guild extractor - expanse set. Other items for sure could come.
Any ideas?
