There is a ticker that runs at around 16:00 Game time and yesterday it did not get run due to the pausing of the Tickers for the Server Upgrade. This was pointed out to me by a few players this morning and I have run the ticker. It will run again at 16:00 today.
Sorry for the confusion on this one, easy to over look with so much going on yesterday.
