A bug had managed to weed its way into the Event System that meant for a select few of you the Events Morale affects were not being applied or even generated. This was reported to me by a fellow Captain and I eventually got to the bottom of it today.
This has now been resolved (as of this post) and we should now find that Morale affects should be properly added or removed based on the Event.
