I have decided to hold an auction similar to what SirFoxey was doing, with some minor differences.
Auction start date and time: 28 Feb 2015, 0001 GT
Auction stop: Approximately 12 March 2015, 2359 GT

• Or, maybe it stops before it even starts.

Start price: 4m/cert

• Bids will be per whole certificate.
  Bids may be made down to 1/100 of a certificate (though, I may just need to buy whatever it is you want)
  For above point, highest bid will take priority, followed by time of post
  You may combine your efforts if you so choose
  Auction will stop at least 24 hours after the last bid if a bid is made in the last 20 hours of the auction (including extensions)
  Immediate buy-out price is 6m/cert

Please note that the start time is the 28th, as if I started it now and held it for a week, it would end the 1st of march and the CE store discounts may have changed by that point. And an extra 5 days were added just because I need to have something to get me out of any surprises for my 21'st...

Early bids welcome, any early bids may be retracted until the 28th.

um, so each cert is 1 pound? so to buy outright it would be 6m a pound!? sorry, just don't see anything listed about the cert amount...

Have 75 certificates if that's what you were wondering, after being entirely outraged about my buyout price?

well yeah that would be what I'm wondering, the certificates are worth 1 pound? seeing as a certificate can be worth different values...they're not all 1 pound, so was wondering if indeed you have 75 1 pound gift certificates totaling 75 pounds. and yeah, if it is 6m for 1 pound, 50% inflation in such a short time was a bitt shocking, but if that is the new going rate, then it is what it is.

Here is some information for all concerned.
When sending gift certificates to other players, you DO NOT purchase certificates from the store, but rather send a code via email as any certificates bought in the store will be credited to the buyer since your game account and store account is not linked in any other way than your email, if even that.

• Of course, the person(s) handling the order can and possibly would be willing to puzzle out who gets what, but I'd rather not load these persons with a task I could have performed.

Another point worth mentioning is that my buyout price is meant for those who seriously can't find another source and don't feel like waiting for the auction to conclude.
