upgrade bio fuel tanks

I know that the store items must be vastly superior to the PM items ect

but..

i believe that there should be better bio fuel tanks available. Maybe a higher level item that could be produced for lower players potentially

it doesn't have to be dramatic, but i think that the PM ones are too ineffective
