Thanks to all for input. I'll get the EW system.

@ MarcSp - YES! I thought they changed too. I was sure they were 1000. In fact, this is what started this whole thing. I had 1000 on both which satisfied the prereqs and then the whole Sett AI thing happened which delayed my upgrade to level 6 and then the Devs upped the prereqs. Nice.
