66 planets available for Settlement Licensing!

The Official Planetary Settlement committee today increased its members list to 66 planets available for Settlement Licensing. This was due in most to recent exploration by captains around the known Galaxy and also an increase in Licence pricing and payouts to member planets offering the licences.

Miss Durant at San Ferran has the new list of settlement licenses already added to her database and has been ordered to implement the new pricing schedule.
