The 'Open Resource Service Agreement' signed by many planets has been unable to take on board any new sign-up's for the last few months. This was officially due to the oversight commity on E.A (Expansion Affairs). They claimed that mass mining and harvesting of these vast wilderness planets was harming the environments, and nearby planets economies.

The Environmentalists lobby backed the E.A and a long legal battle ensued. It has been reported that the legal fees alone have cost the ORSA group in excess of 22 Bn Credits to overturn the E.A's ruling.

Today they wasted no time and signed up Five new Planetary governments to their Open Resource Service Agreement. These planets are all in the Anvil Galaxy but it is rumored that many more will follow shortly.
Meanwhile the E.A is not resting and has already petitioned for a new hearing based on subsequent investigations in to the alleged bribery of several key judges who resided over the case.
