There are a few that would be cool to see, as they are from some of my favorite books, and part of a larger universe shared amongst the other books from the same author. While they are planets in the books, they would work for systems as well. :)

I'm not the creative sort of fellow, but how about a group just named after major roads here on Earth.

I envision a spiral galaxy with 12 arms. Each arm named after one of the principal Greek deities:

Zeus, Poseidon, Hera, Demeter, Athena, Apollo, Artemis, Aphrodite, Hephaestus, Hermes, and Hestia.

Mere systems and planets are beneath my ample skills to worry about naming, unless of course it was The Elkhorn System.

Perhaps systems named after famous sci-fi authors:

Jules Verne, H.G. Wells, Hugo Gernsback, Robert Heinlein, Arthur C. Clarke, Frank Herbert, Isaac Asimov, Ray Bradbury, William Gibson, and Orson Scott Card.

Not necessarily science fiction, but still notable:

JRR Tolkein, Kurt Vonneget, and Robert Jordan.

Planets could be named for book titles, or would that be going too far?

Got a dedication of sorts lined up that I think many will appreciate.
