There are a few that would be cool to see, as they are from some of my favorite books, and part of a larger universe shared amongst the other books from the same author. While they are planets in the books, they would work for systems as well.
Mere systems and planets are beneath my ample skills to worry about naming, unless of course it was The Elkhorn System.
Perhaps systems named after famous sci-fi authors:
Jules Verne, H.G. Wells, Hugo Gernsback, Robert Heinlein, Arthur C. Clarke, Frank Herbert, Isaac Asimov, Ray Bradbury, William Gibson, and Orson Scott Card.
Not necessarily science fiction, but still notable:
JRR Tolkein, Kurt Vonneget, and Robert Jordan.
Planets could be named for book titles, or would that be going too far?

Port Sunflowers, maybe a starbase?
Got a dedication of sorts lined up that I think many will appreciate.
