GBM Guild Expires

From today, any Guild that has a G.B.M contract expire (30 days) will see 2 log entries.
This will cover WHAT expired (IE Resource / commodity) and the other how much funds left in escrow were returned direct to the Guild Bank.
As was pointed out to me, I had not added these checks yet and have spent this morning testing them on Dev and have moved this t live.
Again, this only affects Guild G.B.M's and only after a contract expires.
