I guess question is "How to find Emporium".

1) Top left tab "Game Info"; then "Galactic Emporium".
2) There is field "search", just above table, write there name of emporium. items for Emporium you are looking for should be visible (If it has items inside and have Advertising license on)
3) There is column "info", put your mouse cursor over icon (White magnifying glass on blue field). You'll see location.

PS One emporium is Rama/Descarte, second Paradise/Feris.
