I found lights strung on my avatar, as well as a sled with a snowman, a tree, and festive boughs in my promenade. This is on top of Christmas Box #8 right in the middle of it all.

The poor staff of ABACUS settlement, on Cranmore in the Franklyn system. It will take them weeks of work after the holidays to pick it all up.
