Olympic Flags - Suggest a Country!

This year we are running with the 34 flags that were selected BY YOU the player base some years back. Of course we have many new faces now as well as the old timers and regulars. So I thought we would have a competition to suggest / vote for the Flags for the NEXT Olympics.
Yeah I know seems a way off, but it sneaks up on you trust me
Besides by making your suggestion you can CLAIM ANOTHER FLAG - Name the flag (make sure it exists) and it's yours.
#Rules
1: One entry per captain
2: Suggest ONE country (it may already exist that's fine)
3: Request ONE flag - Please specify the country. (Flag MUST exist in current CE games).
Competition will remain open until the final bell of the Rio Paralympics. Suggestions will be complied and a sensible amount will be moved into the next Olympic event for collection. We may choose to remove those that do not get a vote this time round.
