Kharm-Kai Shipping has broken ranks with the Verecian Honour Bureau and decided to open it's doors to all visitors to the Verec-Per Galaxy. The one and only Verecian shipping company had been in discussions with Honour Bureau and after their last round of talks an agreement had still not been reached.

A spokesman for Kham-Kai shipping is quoted as saying 'The Honour Bureau is slow to move on such difficult shifts in our economic and political view points, but we have a company to run and share holders to answer too. We have taken the decision to go against their wishes at this time'.

The Honour Bureau themselves refused to comment (well we are reporters) and we can only speculate how much damage this will do to future inter-galaxy trade relations.

Meanwhile the salesmen at Kharm-Kai were happy to show the neural interfaces to the newcomer customers, although some Captains obviously found the Verecian idea of 'control interface' to go somewhat further than they were comfortable with.
