24 Hour Delay - 1st 2 Starbase's

I have decided to due to work commitments to add 24 hours on to the two Starbase bids that were to time out tomorrow. I can't guarantee to be here for their deployment and after working so long on this I want it to go smoothly. It's always the way when you think you have covered all the angles and say 'yeah that'll do' that you missed something.
This way the deployments can still go ahead just under my watchful eye. I have apologised to the two current highest bidders.
Of course there is nothing stopping others bidding on these two licences anyway, but I think the two guilds have now come to an agreement and stopped out bidding each other lol.
