We have been experiencing some comms issues here this morning. This has had an affect on certain parts of the game that reply on the short time tickers that keep CE moving along smoothly.
I have put a back up in place whilst the issue is being resolved and hopefully and stalled tickers from this morning will now be back underway. So if you had any process in CE that was due to compete or refused to ;start' that was why. These 'Should' now be working. If not please bare with me whilst we wait on a fix for the primary comms.
Connections in an out of the CE server itself are fine this only affects one of our Two External Ticker services.
