Emails

I would like to be able to email 2,3, or 4 build members with the same message please.
So for example I could type in player 1's name then : and hten the 2nd none: and then the last one: Then the message would go to all 3 captains or how ever many.
It is not possible to use the guild mail feature when you are not in the guild office.
(I would also like to be able to accept guild applications when I am not in the guild office too please.
This would make life a lot easier for new guys who don't want to be left out of a guild for too long.
