Perhaps the Remote is true but unnecessary, how about:-

It's usually only an issue for first-timers - once they understand how it works, things are fine. It's just a bit hard to describe in chat, especially as "new" players don't always thoroughly read everything before trying to click 15 things

For example, just above those buttons, it clearly states: "Below you can choose to use the View All Store Contents, which enables you to review ALL items stored across the Universe, or the local Option via 'Enter Commercial Store'. "

Perhaps adding to that line above - "...via 'Enter Commercial Store' where you can actually access your goods." or something similar. The bold is just to indicate the new portion, but highlighting the important bits might work too (although in practice it rarely does )
