Timeout on passengers in terminals

I don't think that would fit into CE, Xplode...
With great power comes the great realization that you can have just as much fun simply annoying each other.

Two ideas:
1) NPC Taxi: If N passengers (for egsample N=5) from given Settlement are delivered, one passenger will be picked up and delivered to destination by NPC. 2) Settlement MI-5: After each Pirate Attack one of Pass is declared pirate spy and send into Planetary prison (Which implies that all Passengers are Pirate Spies. Which could be explained by fact, that Core sends here only worst, worthless, unmoral NPC beings). No bonus payment in this case :(.
