If you own a Settlement or Starbase and would like the opportunity to host a Festive NPC, then simply sign up your settlement / starbase and let's see if we can make your wish come true. NPC's will be randomly seeded, so please don't request specific names. You will receive an NPC that may change over time as the festive Events between October, through November and December.

I will be cut and pasting from these responses so if you misspell anything your NPC won't appear. So double-check your spellings
