If you own a Settlement OR Two and would like the opportunity to host a Festive NPC, then simply sign up your settlement and let's see if we can make your wish come true. NPC's will be randomly seeded so please don't request specific names. You will receive an NPC that may change over time as the festive Events between October, through November and December.
