Level Six and Beyond-Yes, where can we find more information about getting to Level Seven?

There isn't a lot written about the details of getting level 7 or 8. Go to your settlement and click on the research light bulb, then click on Settlement Level 7 Validity Check. That will give you your basic targets. As always Ellie Durant will have the necessary licenses and will collect the require insurance fees and bonds.
