Q.I have a ECO-UPV installed in my battle ship. If I want to switch ships to my hauler, what happens to the ECO-UPV? It is not at 100% strength.
A, Auto checking sequence will refuse transfer attempt between two ships as long as you have ECO present. Eco refuses to be removed as long as it isnt at 100% health. Thus only way is to repair that darn thing than take it off prior to ship change.
