Not when you need Loyalty cubes to buy Schematics it isnt

Why is the name of one of my settlements, Port Searle not available for transferring resources too while my other, Masons Lodge is

So I guess that means you don't get loyalty cubes for transporting alien passengers then, seems pretty illogical and ridiculous to get them for transporting their goods but not from transporting them to me...no offence

I'm mining barge level 8 and have mined and recorded every asteroid in Furnace and found nothing over ore group 5.
Can anyone tell me how many navigation skill points I need to jump from furnace to sphere or Verec-Per etc
