I can join but I wont be able to make that time....17:30 would be my earliest

I didnt and still dont have any active deployments and having just tried again this morning I am still unable to deploy in Toyilla.

Having just deployed my first forces in this war, a land attack in Toyilla and received my deployment results, I tried to then deploy another force but this time Toyilla isnt an option.
Are we limited to one deployment per location per day or is there something wrong, or something I've missed ??

Question is does this have any effect anywhere or are they just titles ?
