Due to the ORSA update, the highlighted text no longer applies. Once a resource expires, all extracted resources are sent to the local CS and the extractors sent back to their respective owners.

With the addition of the Syphon Protocol, the only item that by default should stay in the misc store is the ribblez. Redirecting all BIMs gained to the SS would be a nice addition.

This would be a nice tweak after introducing the siphon system. Adding some text on the facilities that use misc loot will also alert the player that materials will be sourced from the SS.
