Faction Ranks/NPC data dump

Please post your current faction rank and standing here.
Please do not edit your past posts.
It would be helpful of you all you read Faction Ranks (compilation) before you post here, in order to reduce the amount of information that anyone editing must go through.
If possible, please post in this format:
Faction: Rank
Faction Experience
And list in this order if possible, removing those that are not on this list (put in if you notice that yours sets a new floor or ceiling):
Gal-Fed
Con-Fed
Alliance
Pirate
ORSA
Penworthy
V-P. H. B.
Naristro
Valoren Freight Division
Astro-Nav
ELeague
i would like to at this time ask any who still view this thread (if you're not max rank...) to go visit your friendly NPC's and see if they will see you or not. if they won't, then please post their name, and your current rank! if you happen to be able to access and you are 1 rank higher than the guy that said he couldn't access it, say something!
The exact standing would be helpful as well.
