Claim A Halloween Exchange

For the Month of October (through till November the 5th) You can grab yourself a Halloween Exchange on your very own Settlement / Starbase

Please note, you MUST follow the instructions below, and please only Claim for ONE of your settlements / star bases if you own more than 1.

You Must follow these instructions to the Letter!!

I require the following, please no deviation or poor spelling of the names :)

1: Settlement / Starbase Name
2: System
3: Galaxy

I will be cut and pasting from these responses so if you misspell anything your NPC won't appear. So double-check your spellings :)
