ORSA Outrage?

Hello fellow spacefarers, it’s Gabby Newsome with the New You Can Use!
It seems that the recent controversy over Wesbec and Ashar, and the intervention of the authorities has garnered great attention in the citizens of the Sphere.
It seems this time ORSA was the target. The failure to open slots to all named resources had long bothered the many Captains with planetary extractors. After seeing the government WAS willing to take action they took their complaints to the government.
Why was ORSA arbitrarily only allowing three slots? Well suffice it to say that there were a lot of background deals going on as to what resources received a priority. There were some arrests and ORSA was forced to make some changes.
There is now a mechanism in place to ensure that all named resources have a slot. So no more waiting for those resources to eventually “rotate” in.
So, does this indicate a positive trend? Are there other restrictive rules or policies that just don’t seem to make sense?
