PM ships for Corporations.

Hi, I was told we cannot sent PM Ship to corporation 
. Maybe we could have some almost PM ships crafted by corporation crafters?
Can Corporate Manufacturing Facility use of Ship Chassis/Modules/Frame? Corporate Crafter could put Ship together (instead of cooking). No risk for accidentally sending PM ship into Corpo, also Corpo Ships could be module-less, or use special, “corporate” chassis and/or frame and/or modules (Game Balance, and less chance for mistake for newbies). That would mean some fun with crafting for us
. And better Ships in Corpo .
