Pod slot 2 on my ship...the taggers got into my ship and tagged my Babylon Scan Unit Type 4. It's a Christmas tree...can I scrub it off?

Spotted for hoses and a little star appended on a cord on the left side and a placard on the right side reading MerrY Christmas in big letters and above happy new year in little letters .
Spotted in Lilo Stitch in Andromeda Furnace at 5.42 pm 1st january of game time.
