Opened one. good loot and more.
First: Must have Threat Detector. Use cpt IP for that First. then use balance for gun. Cpt IP is Short to start.
Cpt lvls get about 5k ip each time.
Corp went to lvl 1 pretty quick.
glad i went this route. getting loot i have never even seen before. sure it will all be useful. also, make some good coin from the missions.
