Corp. ship - accessing specials and pods

I notice my Marauder has 2 specials and 1 pod. How do I access them?

Currently you don't. Pods and Specials will ALL be new and aimed directly at Corp Ships and their crews. You'll first need to unlock the Access to these areas through Research and have the correct corp level. Then begin collecting the Pods and Specials we release.

I tried singing 'I Can See Clearly Now', but the murkiness won't go away.
I have researched and built a special. My Corp level is 3 and my Corp
Captain is level 22 in a Buccaneer. I try to install the special I built but
it says it is inaccessible. Please wipe the fog away for me. Thanks.

Ok.
I cleaned my glasses and reread Coops post about specials.
Lo and behold, The answer to all my questions in life was
there for me to read. Please ignore my other post because
the murkiness has been cleared by the clarification post. I
will proceed in attaining Corp Level 4 with my red face.
