What happens if I drop a Mech in the Arena then -- all of a sudden - it informs me that it has to pee?

You press the "Flush Coolant" button.

You press the "Flush Coolant" button, too.

Mechs, like birds, Have only one drop option.

btw, mech coolant is very good electricity conductor, avoid flushing with EM weapons equipped.
