Sign Up for a FESTIVE NPC

We are into the first week of October and already some Halloween Style Events have begun to add Pumpkins and other Halloween style items into the Game. As we head into November we will have the Movember Tokens and Guy Fawkes Prints to work with, then of course into December we get about as much Festive items as we can handle.

All these will be dealt with in one way or another and each will have a chance to be handed into Special 'Festive NPC' style toons. So these NPC's will be around for a while so why not sign up for one for your Settlement.

I'll leave this post open for a week and then add NPC's to settlement owners that have asked for them. Some may not appear right away but through October, November and December if your names on the list you'll get one at some stage.
