The deep core drill has come out te other side of the Starbase code and we are ready for the first stage of Starbases to begin moving. I have made two posts today both in General Discussion :

I don't see the point in reposting all the here at this point in time. As we get closer to Actual Licenses being Bid on and Starbases being Deployed I will write a few Primers. But for this stage read, absorb and make suggestions.
