Are there any Green-Factioned mining ships?

It seems like the only ones I ever see belong to a Pirate faction. It strikes me as strange that there are no GalFed or Alliance friendly mining vessels.

try taking off your threat detectors and using some regular or commercial scanners, then you'll see plenty of green mining ships.

I use Highlighters, not threat detectors. More versatile.
