Anyone who had a passenger on-board for this location has been re-ticked to the local star-base in the same system. Plus all passengers that had booked tickets for this location have subsequently all changed their destinations.

I think authorities are currently investigating what happened. No doubt the ISN news will inform us when the official story surfaces
