S.T.U.C. Meet for Vote on Settlements

The S.T.U.C. (Settlement Trade Union Council) are meeting today to urge their members to increase their protests against settlement owners that do not appear to be taking heed of the recent warnings.
Many S.T.U.C. members have reported that simply going on a one day strike on settlements seems to get the message across, but it appears some die hard settlement owners wont spend the much needed credits in repairing their badly damaged settlements.
S.T.U.C. is asking for members to vote for increasing the daily Morale indicator shift to -8% per day. This will mean that those settlements with less than 25% of their maximum HP repaired will begin to see their morale slip even further.
