Good beginer NPCs for around level 20?

So I dunno if there was a help guide post to this that I missed so I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I'm trying to find some good NPC mission lines to get on. I completed Jonah Hex and Gunny. I've gotten Justin Bright and Winston Harper as far as I can go with my limited storage space for the time being. I've also done some missions for Tomar Stubbs, but his targets are starting to kick my backside all over the sphere. Any suggestions?
