wtb l3 settlement buildings

Ahoy all.
I have recently started a settlement(Astraeus Port) and I am making my way to l3 slowly. Anyhow,
I am looking for any and all buildings needed on l3, I.E v4 generator x1, housing unit 4's x3?
anything at all that's secondhand you don't use anymore or would like to sell.
Weapons and the like are also welcome.
I can buy those from the stores, but I say,why not buy from a player instead? you make some credits, I save some and we both benefit.
