With the body count now rapidly passing 7,000 dead and over 24,000 reported infected the authorities had no choice but to pass an emergency ruling last night. Early this morning military forces began enacting this new ruling which empowers the governing military forces of each Galaxy to locate and detain all exile Captains.
These captains are then to be taken to the nearest Implant Facilities and to have their implants removed, cleaned and their bio sockets upgraded to the Freedom range if they are found not be harboring the Virus.
The G-CDC still have no cure for those that are currently infected and dying, but they are still working as quickly as they can. The Emergency ruling was thought be the only way to save the remaining exiles and stop any further spread of the virus.
One theory is that it may even jump the barrier from the Exile implants to the much newer Freedom model which would be a disaster on monumental proportions.
The rounding up and detainment of exile Captains will start this morning and any exile Captain reading this is given a directive to give themselves up peacefully and without incident. All treatment and upgrades at this time are free.
Meanwhile tensions rise between exile and non exile captains as many fights and riots break out across the Galaxies.
